As a subsidiary of IRIS ASIA, we also have a real estate entity called Chinggis Properties which was established in October 2006 in Ulaanbaatar.

The followings are the main businesses of Chinggis Properties:

- Real estate agency: We are one of the best real estate agencies for foreign customers. We find properties for both rental and buying/selling needs of expats in Mongolia and foreign investors abroad. We are different in that we will not only match both sides’ needs but also provide after care service for them. We make sure our customers are satisfied with our service.

- Fund Management: We will set up a fund focusing on real estate. The fund will invest in real estate development of Mongolia. The fund seeks to make 20% or more return in Tugrug base which is expected to be strong against foreign currencies. The fund will be an attractive investment product both for international and domestic investors because of the diverse portfolios and high quality property management.
